Kelly's first experience with a wellness lifestyle was at the age of 9, when after numerous letters to Santa, she was gifted a Get In Shape Girl fitness kit. This gift would be the motivation for her personal pursuit of wellness, and finding her niche helping other women be their best.

As a wife, mom of 7, and business owner, Kelly experiences and understands the challenges of eating well and has cracked the code on how to make it happen in spite of all life throws at her.

With more gimmicks and quick fixes on the market then ever before, she is on a mission to help others focus on simplicity, build their own bullet-proof nutrition strategies, and crush their goals.

Kelly has her Masters of Science in Education, 10 years teaching experience, is a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, and has her CrossFit Level 1 Training Certificate.
